Big news on the Corporate Transparency Act!
The Treasury Department just announced that they will not be enforcing penalties or fines related to the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting requirements.
While the law remains in place, enforcement has been put on hold, with plans to limit its scope to foreign reporting companies only.
This is a huge win for small businesses and LLC owners who have been concerned about compliance.
