If you think cash flow is just “semantics” you’ve never had to make payroll.
I hear this nonsense all the time from people who’ve never owned a property or built a real business. Whether it’s rent from a tenant or a check from a seminar attendee it’s cash flow. And without it you’ve got no business.
In this market cash flow isn’t optional it’s survival. Inflation is squeezing margins interest rates are killing deal volume and now tariffs are putting even more pressure on operating costs.
This week I spoke with three investors across different markets. All of them are shifting strategy not because they want to but because the old advice isn’t working anymore. You have to adapt or get crushed.
The wealthy get it. They’re moving their money now while others argue over definitions.
