Wealthy families teach their kids that wealth doesn’t start with money. It starts with ideas.
They show their children that money is created by solving problems—whether that’s selling cookies at school, mowing lawns, or building an app. The lesson isn’t “work more hours.” The lesson is ownership, initiative, and value creation.
Growing up with entrepreneurial parents, this mindset felt normal to me. Ideas were talked about casually. Execution was expected. I didn’t realize until much later that not everyone grows up learning how to turn ideas into reality.
This isn’t about forcing kids to become entrepreneurs. It’s about planting the belief that they can create income instead of waiting for permission or a paycheck. You don’t need a million dollars to start. You need courage, work ethic, and a willingness to serve others by solving problems.
That mindset changes everything.
